Ocala Landing Mobile Home Park is under new ownership and management as of March 2026 — and we are putting real work into making this a better place to live.
Over the next year we are bringing in 11 more homes, each one used and fully renovated before it’s offered for rent, as we improve the property and fill vacant lots. Our focus is simple: nice, clean homes for our residents, and a community we can take pride in.

Ocala Landing feels almost country — peaceful and quiet — while still staying close to the things you need day to day. Large live oaks drape the lots with shade and Spanish moss. We’re next door to Jumbolair, one of the country’s best-known private airparks (you may have seen the old Penney Park name in the news). Neighbors tell us the calm atmosphere is one of the reasons they like living here, and we intend to keep it that way.

We recently installed a white vinyl 2-rail fence across the front of the property and planted crepe myrtles along the front and entrance. Landscaping and curb appeal are ongoing — small upgrades that add up to a nicer place to come home to.
